Our Bears are "collectibles", they are not toys. They may contain pins or other objects which could present a choking hazard or other dangers to small children.
Each bear is a "one of a kind", which means we do not accept returns - however, if a there is a product defect, or a problem arises, be assured we will do whatever we can to make sure you are thrilled with your purchase.
All Bears come shipped to you in a sturdy box.
